Beth McCurry is the owner/operator of Comfort Casseroles. She currently resides in Sugar Land, TX with her family. She feels that meals are some of the most important times of each day with the family. At the McCurry house, Food means Family. You sit, you share, you talk, you eat. Comfort Casseroles wants to make it easier for you to spend quality time with your family at the dinner table.
Growing up in an Italian family with 8 children in Texas, Beth not only learned how to cook for large crowds at an early age, but also learned how to make Italian, Tex-Mex and Southern “comfort food” favorites.
After college, she began a career in restaurants, ranging from high-end casual to fine dining. Today, as a mother of two, with a husband in the restaurant business, she knows just how hard it is to accomplish everything in a day and get a delicious dinner on the table.
Comfort Casseroles concept started with the idea of helping families get back to the dinner table so they can enjoy their time together. There is just something about a home-cooked meal that makes it easier to talk about what’s going on with everyone in the family.
